Röntgenologische und szintigraphische Befund-Diskrepanz bei „Wabenlunge“ (Kasuistische Mitteilung)

Zusammenfassung

Röntgenbefund und szintigraphisches Untersuchungsergebnis sind wertvolle Hilfsmittel für die Funktionsdiagnostik von pulmonalen Affektionen. Der spezielle Aussagewert wird im Einzelfall mitbestimmt von pathogenetischen Faktoren. Der eigene Beitrag bezieht sich auf die eigenartige Befunddissonanz von Röntgenbild und Perfusionsszintigramm bei einem 60jährigen Mann mit chronisch-obstruktivem Lungenemphysem und lokalisierter Wabenlunge.

The results of radiological and scintigraphic examinations are valuable adjuncts in the diagnosis of functional disorders of the lung. In the individual case the usefulness of these adjuncts will be partly determined by pathogenetic factors. The present report is concerned with a peculiar discrepancy between radiological findings and those of a perfusion scintigram in a 60-year old man with chronic-obstructive pulmonary emphysema and localized “Honey-comb Lung”.

Les résultats de l’examen radiologique et de celui scintigraphique sont des adjuvants fort utiles pour le diagnostic des affections fonctionelles du poumon. Dans le cas individual, la valeur d’information de ces résultats est déterminée en partie par des facteurs pathogénétiques. Le rapport présent concerne un désaccord particulier entre les résultats radiologiques et ceux d’un scintigramme de perfusion obtenus chez un homme de 60 ans affecté d’un emphysème pulmonaire de caractère obstructif-chronique et d’un »poumon en rayon de miel« localisé.
