Zusammenfassung
Es wird die Methode der Jod-132-Gewinnung mittels Aluminiumoxyd-Chromatographiesäulen und ihre Eignung für Radiotracermethoden in der Medizin besprochen. Die beschriebene Technik stellt das z. Z. einfachste und für die Radiojoddiagnostik in der Medizin geeignetste Verfahren der Tellur-132-, Jod- 132-Trennung dar.
Summary
The method of the iodine 132 preparation with chromatographic aluminumoxyde columns and their suitability for medical radio iodine tracer investigations is discussed. This technique represents to-day the simplest and most suitable procedure of iodine 132 separation for medical use.

On discute la méthode de production de l’iode 132 au moyen de colonnes d’oxyde d’aluminium chromatografiques et son emploi pour le diagnostic en médecine. La méthode décrite repésente au moment la technique la plus simple et la plus convenable pour la séparation de l’iode 132 du tellur 132.
