Zusammenfassung

Ein Überblick über Besonderheiten, die bei gerinnungsanalytischen Untersuchungen zu beachten sind, wird gegeben. Sie betreffen die Präanalytik, den analytischen Teil und die Postanalytik. Die gebräuchlichen Gerinnungstests werden behandelt sowie Testkombinationen für die Diagnostik der wichtigsten Koagulopathien.

Summary

A survey is given on the peculiar characteristics of laboratory methods for analyzing the blood coagulation system with special regard to the preanalytical, the analytical and postanalytical phase. Routinely used methods are described as well as test combinations for the diagnostic of some characteristic coagulopathies.
