Zusammenfassung

Bei Patienten mit rheumatoider Arthritis findet man nicht selten Anämien unterschiedlicher Genese. Eine der häufigen Ursachen sind okkulte Blutverluste unter der Einnahme von nichtsteroidalen Antirheumatika, daneben unerwünschte Arzneimittelwirkungen sogenannter DMARDs. Die Kasuistik soll darauf aufmerksam machen, dass außer den „üblichen“ Ursachen einer Anämie bei rheumatoider Arthritis auch eine eigenständige systemische hämatologische Erkrankung vorliegen kann und zu einer entsprechenden Diagnostik veranlassen.

Summary

Rheumatoid arthritis patients often show cases of anemia. Those may be caused by different reasons. DMARDs are common triggers of anemia in a current rheumatological practice too. The case exposed in the report should draw rheumatologist's attention to and focus them on anemia, which, apart from the usual reasons, may also be caused by other hematological factors and lead them to an earlier stage diagnostics.
