Zusammenfassung
Der Weg in die ambulante spezialärztliche Versorgung, welche durch das neue Versorgungsstrukturgesetz
ab 2012 eine umfangreiche Anpassung erfährt, wird in seinen vielschichtigen Facetten
beleuchtet. Die geplante Neuregelung der § 116b-Ambulanz mit Ausbildung des dritten
Sektors „spezialärztliche Versorgung“ wird in seiner Komplexität transparent dargestellt.
Für die Patienten mit schwer verlaufenden Rheumaerkankungen steht nicht nur der bessere
Übergang von ambulanter und stationärer Versorgung im Fokus, sondern insbesondere
auch das gemeinsame Tätigsein von Vertragsärzten und Krankenhausärzten im spezialärztlichen
Sektor, was den Qualitätswettbewerb auch im Interesse der Patienten unterstützen hilft.
Summary
The way into an outpatient special medical care is exposed in all its complex possibilities
as this division will be substantially adapted by the new Care Structures Act from
2012 on. The intended revision of § 116-b-treatment by the implementation of a third
sector called “outpatient special medical care” is elaborated. Its aim is not only
to create a smooth transfer for severely affected patients from out- to inpatient
treatment but specially to support a close cooperation between paneldoctors and clinicians
within this sector in order to evoke a quality competition on behalf of the patients.
