Sinovitis villonodular pigmentada extendida de la mano

Resumen

Se presenta un caso de sinovitis villonodular pigmentada, que afecta a la mano derecha de una mujer de 36 años. Como mostró la resonancia magnética, la tumoración presentaba una inusual gran extensión. Pese a ello, tras una única cirugía, no se ha detectado recidiva del tumor a los 5 años de la cirugía, y tanto el resultado estético como el funcional continuaran siendo satisfactorios tras dicho período.
