In order to reinforce clinical networking, we have to connect us with colleagues of different professional groups. Under optimal conditions, a joint therapeutic team is constituted around the patient. Yet, a joint team needs a joint language, too. This fundamental topic of rehab-medicine is to be considered. But what kind of language do we homeopaths use among ourselves?

E.g. in communicating our knowledge and our experience concerning the actions of remedies: how do we communicate, starting from a fundamental consideration of pathophysiology and organotropy up to the different levels of mind-rubrics? How can we link up knowledge with different homeopathic schools and have a constructive exchange?

As an example, we present a bird's eye view of opium, following Hering's statement: “All our progress as a school depends on the right view of the symptoms by proving with camphor or with opium.”

With these words, Hering deliberately referred to the paradigmal problems, which Hahnemann had met with his “interdisciplinary” use of camphor in cholera. Furthermore we present our form for the homeopathic documentation and assessment, which has been elaborated multicentrally at several German clinics.

Thus, we try to make our method available and communicable in its holistic integrity.
