Summary
Chronische Schmerzen werden einem Übermaß an vatazugeordnet, das durch Faktoren wie Lebensstil und Stress entstehen kann. Zur multimodalen ayurvedischen Therapie zählen u. a. Lebens- und Ernährungsweise, Kräutermedizin, physikalische Anwendungen und Reinigungstechniken. In der Praxis lassen sich – wie auch im vorgestellten Fall – gute Erfolge ayurvedischer Anwendungen bei muskuloskelettalen Schmerzen nachweisen.
