Ultrasound screening for congenital heart disease: A case of aortic stenosis

Introduction:

Currently ignore congenital heart disease is not recognized by parents.

Clinic Cases:

We represent the case of Mrs N D aged of 35 years, she hadn't any pathological history. The patient had a child in good health. We performed the morphological ultrasound screening and an aortic stenosis was suspected. The diagnosis was strongly suspected a ultrasound diagnosis in antenatal and confirmed after childbirth.

Childbirth has been programmed. The Apgar at birth was 6/7/8.

Percutaneous dilation has the birth has been programmed but the newborn died in hemodynamic failure table.

Conclusion:

Most heart disease can be detected and confirmed in antenatal.

The prognosis of the some curable CHD depends on the diagnosis and the early support after childbirth and requires multidisciplinary cooperation.
