Zusammenfassung
Es wird von einem Karpaltunnelsyndrom einer 50-jährigen Frau berichtet, das durch
eine vermutlich 35 Jahre alte, selbst asymptomatische Kapitatumpseudarthrose zumindest
mitausgelöst wurde. Der Karpalkanal wurde gespalten und eine große Exostose im Karpalkanal
abgetragen. Die Pseudarthrose wurde nicht angegangen. Die Patientin war 3 Wochen nach
der Operation beschwerdefrei.
Abstract
We report on a carpal tunnel syndrome in a 50-year-old woman, presumably caused in
part by a 35-year-old asymptomatic capitate non-union. The carpal tunnel was released
and a large exostosis removed. 3 weeks after the operation the patient was free of
symptoms.
