Zusammenfassung

ZURÜCK IN DIE LIGA: Überkopfbewegungen stellen hohe Ansprüche an die Mobilität und Stabilität der beteiligten Gelenke. Ist das komplexe Zusammenspiel zwischen dem neuralen, aktiven und passiven Subsystem gestört, wird das Caput humeri zum Beispiel beim Werfen nicht in der Cavitas glenoidalis zentriert. Das Autorenteam zeigt am Fallbeispiel eines Handballspielers die Prinzipien und rehabilitativen Möglichkeiten auf.
