Zusammenfassung

SPRINT, SPRUNG, STOPP: Egal ob Training oder Wettkampf, Sportler setzen ihre Strategien blitzschnell um. Sie agieren wendig und voller Energie, sodass ihre Aktionen und Reaktionen manchmal nur noch in der Zeitlupe erkennbar sind. Integrieren Sportphysiotherapeuten Aspekte der Agilität in die Therapie, bereiten sie verletzte Sportler optimal vor, inklusive Verletzungsprophylaxe.
