Hypnose zur Schmerz- und Verhaltenstherapie bei Myoarthropathien

Die medizinische Hypnose ist ein wissenschaftlich immer besser dokumentiertes psychosomatisches Therapieverfahren, das sich auch zur kognitiven Schmerzbehandlung und zur Veränderung von Verhaltensmustern bei Myoarthropathien (MAP) bewährt hat. Dabei sollte die Hypnotherapie allerdings nicht als alleinstehende Behandlungsmethode von MAP verstanden, sondern im Verbund mit anderen bewährten Therapieverfahren eingesetzt werden. In der vorliegenden Arbeit werden in einer kurzen Literaturübersicht die wissenschaftlichen Grundlagen der Behandlung von MAP mit Hypnose vorgestellt und das klinische Vorgehen anhand von 3 Patientenfällen illustriert.
