Arthrose ist eine der am häufigsten gestellten Diagnosen in der Praxis. Es gilt nicht, allein ein Schmerzmittel zu verschreiben, sondern diese Erkrankung systematisch zu diagnostizieren und neben Medikamenten eine multimodale Therapie zu wählen.
