Davon ausgehend, dass beim Sportler das informationsverarbeitende und regulierende System „Mensch“ aufgrund des kontinuierlichen Trainings und der ständigen Leistungsanforderungen besonderen Bedingungen ausgesetzt ist, stellt sich die Frage, welche regulierenden Systeme besonders beansprucht werden und wie diese therapeutisch positiv beeinflusst werden können.
