The new monoterpene glycoside; (3S,6S)-cis linalool-3,7-oxide, O-β-D glucopyranosyl-(1''→5')-β-D- xylofuranoside (1) and the known (3S, 6R) cis- linalool 3,6 oxide, O-β-D- xylopyranosyl(1''→6')-β-D-glucoside (2) were isolated from the flowers of Vangueria edulis family Rubiaceae cultivated in Egypt along with 6,7-dihydroxy linalool, P-hydroxy benzoic acid, D-mannitol, β-sitosterol and α and β-D-glucose. Strucural elucidation was based on the analyses of spectroscopic data and HRESIMS.
