Zusammenfassung
Der MANV-Benchmark ist eine neuartige Methode zur wissenschaftlichen Bewertung von
MANV-Übungen, unabhängig vom gewählten Szenario und Konzept. Dabei wurde der aus den
Bereichen des Controllings und der Marktanalyse bekannte Ansatz eines Benchmarks auf
die Bedürfnisse von MANV-Übungen übertragen. Neuartig ist insbesondere, dass dabei
die Patienten in den Fokus der Evaluation gestellt werden. Grundlage der Methode sind
vier Bedürfnisse, die es im Einsatz für jeden Patienten bestmöglich zu befriedigen
gilt. Sie umfassen die Entdeckung und Erfassung, Rettung und Befreiung, Behandlung
und Betreuung sowie den Transport des Patienten in die Klinik. Der MANV-Benchmark
erfasst die Bedürfnisse jedes Patienten gemäß seines Verletzungsmusters bereits im
Vorfeld einer Übung. Im Laufe der Übung wird geprüft, inwiefern es den Einsatzkräften
gelingt, durch geschickte Ressourcenverteilung sowie der richtigen Ausführung von
Versorgungsmaßnahmen die Bedürfnisse der Patienten zu befriedigen. Anhand einer Punktevergabe
wird abschließend die maximal erreichbare Punktzahl in Relation zu den erreichten
Punkten gestellt und damit ein vergleichbares Bewertungsergebnis erzielt.
Abstract
The MCI-Benchmark is a method for scientific evaluation of MCI exercises, regardless
of scenarios and concepts. Benchmarking has its seeds in controlling and market analysis
approaches and has been transferred to the needs of MCI exercises by the authors.
The MCI-Benchmark places the patients’ needs in focus of the evaluation process. Therefore
the method is based on four patient needs that have to be satisfied to achieve the
highest level of preclinical care. Discovery and capture, rescue and relief, treatment
and care as well as the patients’ transport to hospital are the four basic needs of
patients in MCI exercises. In a first step all needs are captured according to the
patients’ injuries before the beginning of an exercise. During a scenario the MCI-Benchmark
determines the level of satisfaction for each patient and its’ needs. Therefore points
are awarded for every correctly executed measure. The comparison of the maximum score
with the achieved points allows a comparable evaluation result that represents the
level of satisfaction. It is assumed that this level depends on the skillful distribution
of resources and the correct execution of measures.
