Frauen sind in verschiedenen Lebensphasen einem unterschiedlich hohen Risiko für die Entwicklung von Übergewicht und Adipositas ausgesetzt. Der folgende Artikel soll für mögliche Präventionsmaßnahmen in besonders wichtigen Zeitfenstern innerhalb der Lebensspanne sensibilisieren. Dabei spielen Veränderungen in der Schwangerschaft, Pubertät und Menopause eine zentrale Rolle.
