Zusammenfassung
Bacillinum Burnett wird von vielen als „kleine Arznei“ angesehen. In meiner Praxis
hat sie jedoch in den letzten Jahren zunehmend an Bedeutung gewonnen: Dies hängt einerseits
mit dem über die Jahre besseren Verständnis des Arzneimittelbildes von Bacillinum
und andererseits mit der klarer werdenden Abgrenzung zu Tuberculinum bovinum Kent
zusammen. Diese beiden Punkte − das Symptomenbild von Bacillinum und die Differenzialdiagnose
zu Tuberculinum − stellen deshalb auch die Kernpunkte des vorliegenden Artikels dar.
Drei Fälle sollen dazu dienen, diese Darstellung abzurunden.
Summary
Most homeopaths view Bacillinum as a „small remedy“. In my practice, however, it has
become more and more important in the course of the last years. This is due to my
growing understanding of the remedy on the one hand, as well as a better differentiation
to Tuberculinum bovinum Kent on the other. Accordingly, this article discusses the
„remedy picture“ of Bacillinum and its differential diagnosis to Tuberculinum. Three
cases are included for further illustration of Bacillinum.
