Summary

Most homeopaths view Bacillinum as a „small remedy“. In my practice, however, it has become more and more important in the course of the last years. This is due to my growing understanding of the remedy on the one hand, as well as a better differentiation to Tuberculinum bovinum Kent on the other. Accordingly, this article discusses the „remedy picture“ of Bacillinum and its differential diagnosis to Tuberculinum. Three cases are included for further illustration of Bacillinum.
