Zusammenfassung

Primäre Milzerkrankungen sind selten, insbesondere im Vergleich mit Lebererkrankungen. Die Milz ist aber häufig sekundär an vielen hämatologischen, onkologischen, infektiösen, vaskulären und systemischen Erkrankungen beteiligt. Die typischen Befunde der Erkrankungen werden vorgestellt.

Abstract

Comparing to the liver, primary diseases of the spleen are rare and infrequently encountered. A wide range of diseases can affect the spleen. Pathologic conditions of the spleen contain congenital diseases, trauma, inflammation, vascular and hematological disorders, benign and malignant tumors and other disease processes. Typical images of the spectrum of diseases are presented.
