Objective: To report three cases of successful endovascular management of ICA pseudoaneurysms of varying etiologies using flow-diverting endovascular technology.

We report three cases of ICA pseudoaneurysms of varying etiologies treated with flow-diversion endovascular technology. In the first case, an iatrogenic ICA pseudoaneurysm, which complicated transsphenoidal surgery, was initially treated by coil embolization. Two decades later, a multiply recurrent ICA pseudoaneurysm was treated with pipeline embolization. The second case presents a traumatic ICA pseudoaneurysm that was treated by pipeline embolization during a period when ongoing cerebral edema prohibited surgical management of the lesion. The final case presents pipeline treatment of a growing pseudoaneurysm that developed at the base of a coil mass previously placed during transarterial embolization of a direct CCF.
