Richtig trainieren bei Morbus Parkinson

Zusammenfassung

In der Praxis sehen es Therapeuten immer wieder: Patienten mit Morbus Parkinson zeigen ein Defizit in ihren motorischen Grundeigenschaften. Fitnesstraining bzw. Medizinisches Training kann dieses Defizit zielgerichtet ausgleichen, reduzieren oder den Abbau verlangsamen. Die frühzeitige Therapie dieser motorischen Probleme kann die Lebensqualität positiv beeinflussen und somit für den Patienten sehr wichtig werden. Vor allem in Alltagssettings (Bereiche der Aktivitäten und Partizipation) profitieren die Betroffenen von einer gezielten Diagnostik und dem individuell angepassten Training. Mittlerweile stehen eine Vielzahl an motivierenden Angeboten zur Verfügung, wie zum Beispiel Tanzen, Boxen, Tai Chi. Diese können dem Patienten über Jahre hinweg Freude bereiten und einen therapeutischen Effekt zeigen.
