Summary

This article describes the experiences gained in various Solanaceae cases. Using “themes” offers lots of possibilities but calls for a different method of analysis, namely, the use of atmosphere, focus and key symptoms as points of recognition. Using Jan Scholten’s plant methodology gave the author many successful cases.
