Lernziele

Der vorliegende Beitrag soll über psychosomatische Aspekte der Adipositaschirurgie informieren. Die Ausführungen basieren auf den AWMF-S3-Leitlinien für Chirurgie der Adipositas [1] und auf Original- und Übersichtsarbeiten zum Thema, die nach Erscheinen der Leitlinien veröffentlicht wurden. Ferner werden Empfehlungen für die präbariatrische Evaluation und die postoperative Nachsorge formuliert.
