Zusammenfassung

Die Entscheidung, ob eine Fraktur chirurgisch oder konservativ behandelt wird, hängt von mehreren Faktoren ab. Die Tendenz geht dazu über, mehr zu operieren. Dies liegt unter anderem an optimierten Operationsmethoden und dem oft besseren Behandlungsergebnis.
