Bislang war die chirurgische Kastration von Frettchenfähen und -rüden aus verschiedenen Gründen und Indikationen Routine. Eine alternative Möglichkeit scheint sich jetzt durch GnRH-Agonisten als Slow-Release-Implantat zu bieten.
