Zusammenfassung
Das Aufklärungsgespräch zwischen Arzt und Patienten ist gute medizinische Praxis.
Dabei muss der Patient die geplanten Maßnahmen verstehen und über Alternativen informiert
werden. Eine wirksame Einwilligung ist erst dann möglich, wenn alle Fragen des Patienten
beantwortet sind. In diesem Artikel sollen die praktischen und juristischen Grundlagen
der Aufklärung im Rahmen der diagnostischen und interventionellen Radiologie aufgezeigt
werden.
Abstract
Prudent and ethical medical practice requires close communication between the patient
and the physician. The patient must have every opportunity to understand the treatment
or procedure the patient is to receive and its reasonable alternatives, to have all
questions answered, and to fully consent to the treatment and procedure. The aim of
this article is to explain the basic practical and legal principles of the patient
information in diagnostic and interventional radiology.
