Die Proximalisierung des arteriellen Lecks mit einem autologen/alloplastischen Interponat ohne Erhöhung des Shuntflusses erhöht den peripheren Perfusionsdruck und damit die Durchblutung der shunttragenden Extremität. Sie ist die Standardtherapie beim Stealsyndrom bei allen Nicht-high-flow-Shunts.
The proximalization of the arterial leak with an autologous or allogenic interposition without increasing the shuntflow optimizes the peripheral perfusion pressure and thereby the blood supply of the shunt supporting extremity. It is the standard therapy for all non-high-flow-shunts with a steal syndrome.
