Die diagnostischen und technischen Verfahren in der modernen Endodontie eröffnen neue Möglichkeiten der Zahnerhaltung. Dabei ist es wichtig, eine systematische Vorgehensweise anzuwenden, um auch schwierige Fälle, insbesondere primäre Misserfolge der endodontischen Behandlung, zu kontrollieren und den Gesundheitszustand der betroffenen Zähne wieder herzustellen.

Practitioners can rely on modern diagnostic and technical procedures in endodontic treatment to achieve a good outcome rate of their treatments. It is important to respect a systematic procedure when treating endodontic failures on the way to change a negative into a positive treatment prognosis.
