Fallbericht

Im März 2010 stellte sich eine 72-jährige Patientin in reduziertem Allgemeinzustand wegen seit einer Woche bestehender Dysphagie bei festen Speisen vor. Außerdem klang die Sprache seitdem kloßig. Luftnot gab die Patientin nicht an.
