Diagnostisches und therapeutisches Konzept bei CMD aus manualmedizinischer Sicht

Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung von Patienten umfasst zunehmend funktionelle Aspekte. Das trifft auch auf Störungen des craniomandibulären Systems zu. Deshalb ist eine komplexe Betrachtungsweise notwendig. Hier sind neben Gelenk und Muskulatur auch Ansteuerung, Faszien und neuronale Verknüpfungen maßgebend. Manualmedizinisches Denken und Berücksichtigung von Verkettungen können einen wesentlichen Teil der Diagnostik und Therapie bilden. Es kommen zur Anwendung: Manuelle Therapie, Physikalische Therapie, Entspannungstherapie, medikamentöse Therapie, zahnärztliche Therapie und Psychotherapie.

Abstract

In the treatment of patients functional aspects become increasingly important. This is also applicable for the cranio-mandibular system. Therefore a complex perspective is necessary. Apart from joint and musculature the excitation, fasciae and neural links prevail. Manual-medical thinking and the provision for concatenations can be an essential part of medical diagnostics and therapy. Manual therapy, physical therapy, relaxation therapy, medicinal therapy, dental therapy as well as psychotherapy are applied.
