Differenzialdiagnostik und Therapie von Myalgien

Lernziele

Der vorliegende Beitrag befasst sich mit Differenzialdiagnostik und Therapie von Myalgien. Ziel ist es, folgende Kenntnisse zu vermitteln:

Kenntnis der Klassifikation und Ätiologie von Myalgien – neurogene und myogene Ursachen, Empfehlungen zur Diagnostik und Differenzialdiagnostik von Myalgien; Vorstellung eines diagnostischen Pfades, angelehnt an aktuelle Leitlinien der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Neurologie, Therapieempfehlungen zur Behandlung von Myalgien.
