In den letzten 3–5 Wochen vor dem errechneten Geburtstermin wird schwangeren Frauen
häufig empfohlen, die Dammmassage in die tägliche Körperhygiene aufzunehmen. Dies
soll besonders bei Erstgebärenden einen positiven Effekt auf die Rate von Dammverletzungen
haben. – Gibt es für diese Empfehlung eine evidenzbasierte Grundlage?
