Zusammenfassung
Die Wiener Schule der Homöopathie nach Mathias Dorcsi stellt als Medizin der Person
eine synthetisch-phänomenologische Methode zur Arzneimittelfindung dar. Wesentliche
Aspekte sind Konstitution und Diathese des Patienten sowie Bewährte Indikation und
vollständiges Lokalsymptom. Die Wiener Schule ist lehr- und lernbar und besonders
geeignet für eine Integration in die moderne Medizin. Dargestellt wird die Entwicklung
in Österreich bis 1989 und seither in München. Die praktische Anwendung wird durch
die über 20 Jahre währende Behandlung eines komplex kranken Säuglings verdeutlicht,
u. a. mit Plumbum metallicum als konstitutionelle Arznei sowie Comocladia dentata als Bewährte Indikation.

The Vienna School of Homeopathy according to Mathias Dorcsi presents a synthetic-phenomenologic
approach as a medicine focussed on the entire human being. Essential aspects are constitution
and diathesis as well as reliable indication and complete local symptom. The Vienna
School of Homeopathy is easy to teach and to learn and most suitable for the integration
into modern medicine. The paper deals with its history in Austria until 1989 and its
practice in Munich to the present. The history of a baby with several serious handicaps
with a follow-up over more than 20 years demonstrates how the Vienna School can be
successful, e. g. with the constitutional remedy Plumbum metallicum and the reliable remedy Comocladia dentata.
