Exazerbation einer Psoriasis guttata nach Gardasil^®-Impfung bei einer 17-jährigen Patientin mit Metabolischem Syndrom

Zusammenfassung

Gardasil^® ist neben Cervarix^® einer der zwei in Deutschland zugelassenen Impfstoffe zur Prävention von Infektionen durch humane Papillomviren Typ 6, 11, 16, und 18 und des damit verbunden Risikos ein Zervixkarzinom zu entwickeln. Wir berichten über eine 17-jährige Patientin mit Metabolischem Syndrom, die kurze Zeit nach dem Erhalt der zweiten Impfdosis Gardasil^® eine massive Exazerbation ihrer bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt nur milde ausgeprägten Psoriasis erfuhr.

Abstract

Gardasil^® and Cervarix^® are the two approved vaccines in Germany for the prevention of infections by Human papilloma virus and the associated risk of developing cervical cancer. We report a 17 year old patient with metabolic syndrome, who experienced a massive exacerbation of her until that time, only light psoriasis after the second dose of Gardasil^®.
