Aggressionsmanagement – der blinde Fleck in Pflegeausbildungen

Zusammenfassung
Häufig kommt es in Einrichtungen des Gesundheits- und Sozialwesens zu angespannten und aggressiven Situationen mit Patienten, Klienten und Besuchern. Das Pflegepersonal ist besonders davon betroffen. Bisher fand aber nur in Ausnahmefällen eine entsprechende Qualifizierung des Personals statt. Die Autoren prüfen, ob es sinnvoll ist, bereits in einer Pflegegrundausbildung für solche aggressiven Situationen zu schulen.
