Myositis ossificans traumatica der Hohlhand

Zusammenfassung

Wir berichten über eine 27-jährige Patientin, bei der es nach Spaltung des A1-Ringbandes am Mittelfinger zu einer posttraumatischen Myositis ossificans mit erheblicher Funktionseinschränkung und Schmerzhaftigkeit der Hand kam. Nach Resektion der Geschwulst zwang ein Frührezidiv zur erneuten Operation, gefolgt von einer fraktionierten Nachbestrahlung. Drei Jahre postoperativ war die Patientin beschwerdefrei.

Abstract

We present a 27-year-old female patient who developed a post-traumatic myositis ossificans with pain and restricted function after trigger finger release of the middle finger. After tumour resection an early recurrence made a re-resection necessary, followed by radiotherapy. Three years postoperatively the patient is free of complaints.
