Dosierung von Arzneimitteln bei adipösen Patienten

Zusammenfassung

Die in der deutschen Fachinformation für normalgewichtige Patienten angegebene Dosierungsempfehlung ist für adipöse Patienten nicht unbedingt geeignet. Gemäß der individuellen Pharmakokinetik eines Wirkstoffs und der vorliegenden Daten für die Dosierung bei adipösen Patienten wurden praktische Tipps für einige Arzneistoffgruppen erarbeitet.
