Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine 30jährige Patientin mit intra- und extrahepatischen Gallengangserweiterungen (Morbus Caroli) berichtet. Das Krankheitsbild, seine Komplikationen und seine Differentialdiagnose werden diskutiert. Insbesondere wird auf die verbesserte Möglichkeit der diagnostischen Abklärung durch die endoskopische retrograde Cholangiographie und die Therapie mit Chenodesoxycholsäure eingegangen.

Summary

The case of a 30-year-old woman with intra- and extrahepatic biliary dilatations (Caroli's disease) is reported. The features of the disease and its differential diagnosis are discussed. Special reference is given to the diagnostic approach by endoscopic retrograde cholangiography and to treatment with Chenodeoxycholicacid.
