Zusammenfassung
Fallbericht einer ausgeprägten lymphatischen Hyperplasie des Magen-Darm-Traktes, bei
der sich später operativ eine ausgedehnte Lymphosarkomatose im Abdomen vorfand. Sie
hat sich wahrscheinlich über die irreversible Hyperplasie und die Lymphadenose entwickelt.
Differentialdiagnostische Überlegungen zum Röntgenbefund wurden angestellt. Die lymphatische
Hyperplasie im Gastrointestinaltrakt mit dem Röntgenbefund einer Polyposis ist als
Präkanzerose zu betrachten mit allen entsprechenden therapeutischen Konsequenzen.
Summary
Extensive lymphatic hyperplasia in the gastro-intestinal tract was observed in a patient
in whom a subsequent operation revealed widespread abdominal lymphosarcomatosis. This
had probably developed through the stages of irreversible hyperplasia and lymphadenosis.
The radiological differential diagnosis is discussed. Lymphatic hyperplasia in the
gastro-intestinal tract resembling, radiologically, the appearances of polyposis must
be regarded as pre-cancerous and therefore the therapeutic consequences must be borne
in mind.
