Veneninseln im Phlebogramm der oberen Extremität

Zusammenfassung

Unter Berucksichtigung des anatomischen Schrifttums wird uber phlebographisch nachgewiesene Inselbildungen an Venen der oberen Extremitat berichtet. Bei Durchsicht von uber 500 Angiogrammen wurde 5mal am proximalen Anteil der V. cephalica, 2mal an der V. basilica, 3mal an der V. axillaris, lmal an der V. axillaris concomitans und 4mal an der V. subclavia eine Inselbildung festgestellt. Entsprechende Bildbeispiele werden wiedergegeben. Trotz des verhaltnismaßig seltenen Vorkommens konnen solche Inselbildungen bei Operationen praktische Bedeutung erlangen.

Summary

The phlebographic demonstration of islands in veins of the upper extremities is reported and correlated with the relevant anatomical literature. During a review of over 500 angiograms these islands were found five times in the proximal part of the cephalic vein, twice in the basilic vein, three times in the axillary vein, once in the vena axillaries concomitans and four times in the subclavian vein. The appearances are illustrated by examples. In spite of the rarity of the phenomenon it may have some practical importance during surgical operations.

En tenant compte de la dénomination anatomique, l'auteur nous présente des formations d'ilôts observées dans les veines des membres supérieurs, il les illustre par des phlébographies. L'étude de plus de 500 angio-grammes montre l'existence de telles formations, cinq fois à la partie proximale de la veine céphalique, deux fois à la veine basilique, trois fois à la veine axillaire, une fois à la veine axillaire concomittante et quatre fois à la veine sous-clavière. Des clichés correspondant illustrent ces observations. Bien que ces variétés soient relativement rares, elles peuvent toutefois prendre une certaine importance pratique lors d'interventions.

Con referencia a la bibliografía anatómica, se informa sobre formaciones de islotes comprobadas por flebografía en venas de la extremidad superior. Al examinar más de 500 angiogramas, se ha comprobado formación de islotes cinco veces en la porción proximal de la V. cefálica, dos en la V. basílica, tres en la V. axilar, una en la V. axilar concomitante, y cuatro en la V. subclavia. Se reproducen ejemplos gráficos pertinentes. A pesar de ser relativamente insólitas, tales formaciones de islotes pueden llegar a tener importancia práctica en operaciones.
