In der europäischen Berufskrankheitenliste ist das Karpaltunnelsyndrom (KTS) als eigenständige Berufskrankheit unter der Ziffer 506.45 gelistet und wird in vielen Ländern Europas auch anerkannt. Hinsichtlich der bundesdeutschen Berufskrankheitenliste besteht noch Abstimmungsbedarf. Fragen an Dr. med. Michael Spallek, Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft, Wolfsburg.
