Diabetische neuropathische Kachexie

Zusammenfassung

Eine Patientin mit akuter schmerzhafter diabetischer Polyneuropathie wird beschrieben. Die Polyneuropathie geht mit Gewichtsverlust einher. Auch autonome Symptome werden manifest, wie gestörte Schweißsekretion an den Füßen, orthostatische Hypotonie und eine neurogene Blasenentleerungsstörung.
