Multiple biliäre Hamartome (von-Meyenburg-Komplexe)

Fallvorstellung

Ein 58-jähriger Patient litt seit etwa einem halben Jahr an Schluckstörungen. Bei einer CT-Untersuchung des Halses wurde eine suspekte Raumforderung im linken Recessus piriformis diagnostiziert, welche sich nach endoskopisch geführter Biopsie histologisch als Hypopharynxkarzinom erwies.
Bei einer im Rahmen der klinischen Diagnostik durchgeführten Sonografie der Oberbauchorgane fanden sich multiple kleine Leberläsionen (Abb. [1]). Bei Verdacht auf eine diffuse Lebermetastasierung, letztlich aber unklarem Befund, wurde eine MRT der Leber durchgeführt (Abb. [2]).
