Die Arteriographie des Fußes

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über angiographische Untersuchungen des Fußes in zwei Ebenen berichtet. Nach kurzer Übersicht der Aufnahmetechnik werden normale topographische Gefäßbefunde und der hämodynamische Strömungsablauf der arteriellen und venösen Zirkulation an Beispielen besprochen. Auf Grund der Gefäßanordnung im seitlichen Bild wird die Einteilung in verschiedene Durchblutungstypen vorgeschlagen, deren Gefäße für die Blutversorgung des Vorderfußes verantwortlich sind. Die Kenntnis der normalen angiographischen Verhältnisse, die zum Teil von den anatomischen Grundlagen abweichen, soll die Voraussetzung für die Erkennung der Durchblutungsstörungen am Fuße sein.

Summary

A report is given of angiographic examinations of the foot in two planes. After a short description of the roentgenological technique, the normal topographic findings of the vessels as well as the hemodynamic current of the arterial and venous circulation are discussed. On the basis of the vascular arrangement in the lateral view a classification of various circulatory types is proposed whose vessels are responsible for the blood supply of the forefoot. The knowledge of the normal angiographic conditions which in part differ from the anatomical ones is the basis for the diagnosis of the circulatory disturbances of the foot.

Résumé

L'auteur décrit des examens angiographiques du pied effectués sur deux plans. Après un court exposé de la technique de l'examen il montre par des exemples le dessin vasculaire topographique normal et le déroulement du courant hémodynamique de la circulation artérielle et veineuse. Se basant sur la répartition des vaisseaux observée sur la radiographie de profil, l'auteur propose de distinguer différents types de circulation sanguine dont les vaisseaux sont chargés d'assurer l'apport de sang à la partie distale du pied. Les connaissances des rapports angiographiques normaux, qui diffèrent en partie des données anatomiques, sont indispensables au diagnostic des troubles circulatoires du pied.

Se informa acerca del examen angiográfico del pie en dos planos. Después de señalar brevemente la técnica se comentan a base de ejemplos hallazgos vasculares topográficamente normales y la circulación hemodinámica del sistema arterial y venoso. De acuerdo a la disposición de los vasos en la proyección de perfil se propone una clasificación en diversos tipos de vascularización. El conocimiento de las condiciones angiográficas normales que en parte difieren de los conocimientos anatómicos normales, deben considerarse las bases para la interpretación de las alteraciones de la vascularización en el pie.
