Zusammenfassung
Viele Kliniker und Forscher wenden den für Befund und Verlaufskontrolle therapeutisch
wichtigen passiven SLR im medizinischen Alltag an. Der Test überprüft die Beweglichkeit
sowie die mechanische Sensitivität der lumbosakralen (neuralen) Strukturen und ihrer
peripheren Fortführungen.
Ziel der Studie war es, den Effekt einer Innenrotation im Hüftgelenk bei der Ausführung
des SLR im Vergleich zum standardmäßig ausgeführten SLR zu untersuchen. Die Ergebnisse
belegten die klinische Erfahrung, dass eine Voreinstellung der Hüftinnenrotation das
Bewegungsausmaß signifikant reduziert.
Abstract
Many clinicians and researchers use the therapeutically important SLR test for assessment
and re-assessment in every day clinical practice. The test assesses both the mobility
and the mechanical sensitivity of lumbo-pelvic (neural) structures and their peripheral
appendices.
The study’s aim was to investigate the effect of an internal hip rotation during passive
SLR in comparison to standardised SLR. The results confirmed the clinical experience
that preset internal hip rotation significantly reduces range of motion.
