Zusammenfassung
Die Sarkome sind im Gegensatz zum Bronchialkarzinom eine seltenere Geschwulstart der
Lunge. Ihre Häufigkeit wird mit etwa 2% aller Lungentumoren angegeben. Im eigenen
Krankengut behandelten wir unter 700 malignen Geschwülsten der Lunge 14 Sarkome. Dabei
handelte es sich um 4 polymorphzellige Sarkome, 3 Retikulosarkome, 3 Lymphosarkome,
2 fibroplastische Sarkome, 1 Rundzellensarkom und 1 Hodgkin-Sarkom. Symptomatik, Diagnostik
und Therapie der Lungensarkome werden besprochen. Die Prognose des Lungensarkoms erscheint
günstiger als die des Bronchialkarzinoms.
Summary
In contrast to bronchial carcinomas, sarcomas are rare pulmonary tumours. Their frequency
is some 2% of all tumours of the lungs. The authors treated 14 pulmonary sarcomas
among 700 malignant pulmonary tumours. There were 4 polymorphous cell sarcomas, 3
reticulosarcomas, 3 lymphosarcomas, 3 fibroblastic sarcomas, 1 round cell sarcoma
and 1 Hodgkin sarcoma. The symptoms, diagnosis and therapy of pulmonary sarcomas are
discussed. Their prognosis appears to be more favourable than that of bronchial carcinomas.
