Zusammenfassung
Es werden die Chemie und Pharmakologie der Harman–Alkaloide und ihre Verbreitung im
Pflanzenreich besprochen.
Mit Hilfe einer neuentwickelten papierchromatographischen Methode wurden alle vier
Harman–Alkaloide getrennt und nach der Auftrennung und Elution einzeln fluorometrisch
bestimmt.
Die Trennung gelang auf mit Mcllvaine–Puffer pH 7,2 getränktem Schleicher– u. Schüll–Papier
2043 bm. Als mobile Phase wurde wassergesättigtes n–Butanol verwendet.
Es wurde die Verteilung der Alkaloide in der Steppenraute untersucht und die Ergebnisse
im Hinblick auf den Bildungsort und die Ontogenie der Alkaloide diskutiert.
Summary
The chemistry and pharmacology of the harman alkaloids as well as their distribution
in the vegetable kingdom are discussed.
The four harman alkaloids described in literature could be isolated by a newly developed
paperchromatographic technic; after separation and elution the individual alkaloids
were estimated fluorometrically.
The separation was performed by means of paper Schleicher and Schiill 2043 bm impregnated
with Mc Ilvaines buffer pH 7.2. Water saturated n–butanol was used as mobile phase.
The distribution of the alkaloids in Peganum harmala was investigated. The results were discussed in connection with biological questions
(seat of alkaloid biogenesis; formation of the individual alkaloids during the ontogenesis
of the plant).
