Zusammenfassung

Die papierchromatographische Trennung von Vincamin und Isovincamin gelingt nach zahlreichen beschriebenen Versuchen am besten auf pH 4,4 gepuffertem Papier Whatman Nr. 4 und mit peroxydfreiem Aether als mobiler Phase.

Summary

A convenient method for the separation of vincamin and isovincamin, two alkaloids of periwinkle, by means of paperchromatography is presented by the authors. The method makes use of Whatman–paper nr. 4 buffered at pH 4,4 and peroxide–free ether as the mobile phase.
